Chemung County Library District is participating in Geek the Library, a community‐based public awareness campaign. The campaign highlights what people are passionate about and how libraries can support them.  One of the goals of the campaign is to heighten awareness of the value of public libraries and the critical funding issues they face.

Join us at our Geek the Library CCLD launch party for snacks and swag on Tuesday, July 23rd at 6pm and stay for the Emerald Isle Irish Band concert at 7pm, part of our Friends’ Summer Concert series. CCLD will also be at Wisner Market in downtown Elmira on July 11, 18, and August 1.
