AIM Navigator Program

Did you know you may be eligible for affordable health insurance through the NY State of Health Marketplace, even outside of the annual open enrollment period?

Those who’ve recently moved, become a U.S. citizen, gotten married or divorced, had a child, lost their health coverage or had a change in income may qualify for a special enrollment period. Medicaid, Child Health Plus and The Essential Plan enrollments are year-round. Tax credits and other subsidies are available, based on income.

AIM Independent Living Center’s Navigator Program helps individuals and families compare insurance options and enroll into coverage. The program is free, neutral and confidential. Our navigators are available at libraries in Chemung County and other locations.

To find out more or to schedule a meeting, contact Breanna Wilson at bwilson@aimcil.com or 962-8225, ext.  118, or visit aimcil.com.
