Grab-and-Go

All CCLD branches will reopen for grab-and-go service beginning Monday, August 3rd. Patrons will be limited to 20 minutes per visit and must leave the libraries as soon as their pickups or returns are complete. We ask that only 1 family member come in to browse.

Everyone entering the library must wear a mask (this is mandatory, per State guidelines) and physically distance from staff and other patrons.

Computers will be available in a reduced capacity. Call (607)733-9175 to reserve a computer at Steele. Computer use at other branches will be first-come, first-serve.

Call the library if you'd like to arrange a curbside pickup appointment.

For more details and library hours, visit our website.

Summer Reading Club

CCLD Makerspace News

CCLD Makerspace will be reopening by appointment for one-hour sessions starting August 5, 2020. To comply with social distancing guidelines, we will only allow one person per appointment. Individuals will be able to make up to two appointments per week, and bookings must be made 24 hours in advance using our reservation form:
ccldmakerspace.youcanbook.me.

All 3D printing orders will be processed online in the order that they are received. To place an order, please fill out the following form: ccldmakerspace.org/3d-printing-request

Face shields and mask

CCLD Makerspace continues to offer face shields to local healthcare and emergency response workers free of charge.

Please note: Due to an increase in demand, we are limiting our face shield distribution to Chemung County, and we are no longer able to offer free face shields to non-profits. Face shields are available to non-healthcare organizations or individuals for $2.00 per face shield.

Requests for face shields may be sent to labcentral@stls.org. Please include your name, organization (if applicable), number of face shields requested, and a phone number that we can contact you at when the face shields are ready to pick up.

Disclaimer: Face shields should not be used as a substitute for masks and are meant to provide additional protection for at risk individuals.
