Friends of Horseheads Free Library Book Sale

The Friends of HFL invites you to the 2023 Book Sale at the Town and Country Fire Hall (130 Gardner Road Horseheads, NY) from September 19-23 (Tuesday - Friday, 10am-7pm; Saturday, 10am-1pm). There will be a 2-hour pre-sale on Tuesday, September 19th, 8am - 10am, for those who'd like the opportunity to shop before the sale opens to the general public; there is a $10.00 fee to gain entry during the pre-sale. Cash or checks payable to the Friends of the Horseheads Free Library. We will be having our bag sale on Friday, September 22nd and Saturday September 23rd. Bring a bag and fill with books, CDs, or DVDs for $5.00!

Our book club meets the 2nd Friday of the month at Bulkhead Hardware in Southport at 1:30pm. We will continue to offer a Zoom option for anyone unable to join us, or if there is inclement weather. For the month of August we read "Just the Nicest Couple" by Mary Kubica to discuss on September 8, 1:30pm.
